Kingston woman sentenced to 6+ years in state prison

KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Corena Kelley, 29, of Kingston was sentenced to six years in prison with an indeterminate term of one and one-third to four years in prison consecutively for dealing fentanyl. She will also have two years of post-release supervision.

Police recovered 10 grams of fentanyl, thousands of dollars in cash, two loaded pistols, and drug paraphernalia when executing a search warrant in Kelley’s apartment, leading to her arrest. This sentencing follows her convictions for criminal possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, and two misdemeanors from a three-day jury trial in the fall of 2023.
