Robbery suspect steals almost $30K in lottery tickets and tobacco products

DENVER (KDVR) — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect who allegedly stole almost $30,000 worth of lottery tickets and other products from a market in Highlands Ranch.

On Feb. 2 at 4:30 a.m., a suspect broke into a market in the 8800 Block of South Colorado Boulevard, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect allegedly stole approximately $18,000 in lottery scratch tickets and $10,000 in tobacco products.

The suspect is described as:

  • White or Hispanic male
  • Average to heavy
  • Wearing a black beanie, black face mask, red flannel shirt, orange/red gloves and black pants

The sheriff’s office doesn’t have much to go on, as they said in the X post, but they’re asking for the public’s help.
